Appropriate statistical tests were then used to reach valuable indications and supporting the study's subject. The study produced several findings, most notably that Palestine Stock Exchange banks' compliance with Basel III frameworks on FSIs. The data also showed that the Palestinian banking sector is in medium to advanced positions in terms of banking safety compared to the banking sectors in the Arab States. Financial Soundness indicators (capital indicators, asset quality indicators, profitability and liquidity) have an impact on the market value to book value. The degree of correlation between these factors combined and the market value to the book value, is (0.867) A statistically significant relationship where 75.3% of the change in market value to book value is explained, as shown by regression factors that the impact strength was for indicators (Capital adequacy, return on assets, net of non-performing facilities to gross facilities) Respectively, suggesting from the researcher's point of view that the Palestinian investor essentially prefers to reassure the direction of investments through guarantees of capital adequacy, He then seeks profitability as a second degree in his preferences and is influenced by the return on assets credit risk, followed by the search for non-risk through its preference for lower credit risks, Profitability also reflects the bank's strength and toughness in the face of any future economic events. And ability to overcome potential risks and obtain of financial integrity. The study made a series of recommendations, the most important of which being: the need for an annual classification of all Palestinian banks according to FSIs using weighted weights, rather than a separate classification according to some indicators, so that the investor can understand this classification and rely on it when making a decision.
