Public relations tourism aims at improving the tourist image and developing it to gain the client's confidence through mutual understanding and respect, and by the services which are offered to their clients especially tourist is considered the basic steam of the national income for several countries in the world . This study has been carried out to recognize the role of public relation tourism in promoting tourism institutions in Palestine. The population of the study includes the public relations staff at tourist in Gaza Strip. A simple of(34) employees working at public tourism was chosen . In order to accomplish this study, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of 67 divided on five section. The outcomes of the study showed that one of the traits that characterizes the employee of public relations is readiness to act in different situations with local people and foreigners, and The importance of public relations tourism lies in promoting and development awareness towards tourism , through it's basic role depended on promoting the awareness of local tourism and knowing how to deal with foreign tourists
