Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of administrative control in promoting organizational justice, by implementing this study on the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Southern governorates. This study used a descriptive analytical approach and the population of the consisted of the employees in supervisory positions, numbering (153) male and female employees. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection. It was distributed by using the comprehensive inventory method. The retrieved questionnaires were about (125) questionnaires. The recovery rate was about (82.35%). The questionnaires for statistical analysis reached to (116) questionnaires at a rate of (92.8%) of the total retrieved questionnaires. The study showed many results that the most important were: The degree of administrative control practice in its four dimensions was large and in a relative weight (76.8%), and the degree of organizational justice was significantly, and with a relative weight (71.00%). The results also revealed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between administrative control and its four dimensions and the promotion of organizational justice. In addition to, the existence of a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of administrative control (administrative control steps, supervisory bodies, and administrative communications) in promoting organizational justice, while there was no effect for a dimension of (monitoring methods and tools). The results also indicated that there were no differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the total degree of administrative control and organizational justice due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of service, job title). The study concluded a set of recommendations as taking into account the formulation of regulatory standards based on scientific and objective standards to provide accurate results when comparing with achievements, evaluating the ministry’s employees in light of the approved and declared standards for all, which includes respect for the results and its integrity, developing computerized programs to control the control operations, which helps to save time and effort and work to detect deviations at the necessary speed, which helps to address the lowest costs, activating an electronic portal to receive complaints and grievances, which helps to follow them up faster and more accurately, review the regulations, laws and procedures approved by the ministry in order to ensure that they observe organizational justice in its dimensions to achieve the employees satisfaction and the institution goals. ح ق
