Abstract
This study designed to acknowledge the role of knowledge capital in achieving a distinctive organizational excellence in the private Palestinian universities (Palestine University, Gaza University,-AL- Isra University). Here, the researcher encountered the descriptive and analytical approach as a mean of a comprehensive style in collecting referable information of whom they are working in academic and administrative positions in private Palestinian universities in Southern governorates. Accordingly, 189 questionnaires were recollected from 212 participants in this dissertation to show a remarkable %89 participation which were scored through SPSS analysis. It is worth mentioning that the results brought out )%72.32 ( as a high ratio of knowledge capital in the private Palestinian universities in Southern governorates. This is represented throughout (%75.33 relational capital in the first place, then followed by %71.14 structural capital and finally %70.61 human resource capital). Furthermore, the findings revealed %69.33 which ranking the level of the distinctive organizational path in the three private Palestinian universities in southern provinces. In addition, the coefficient factor )0.847 ( captivated strong and direct relation between all knowledge capital dimensions in the private Palestinian universities in Southern provinces. The results also enlightened that there were no significant differences at the level of inflectional statistical (ᾂ ≤ 0.05( among the average responses of the respondents of knowledge capital solutions that were due to variables (gender, Job title, scientific qualification, experiences). By referring to these criteria, Isra University accumulated %78.20 which provoked a significant differences at inflectional statistical (ᾂ ≤ 0.05( between the average responses of the participants to knowledge capital. Meanwhile, it adhered no significant differences at the level of inflectional statistical (0.05 ≤ ᾂ) of organizational excellence in Palestinian universities for the southern provinces due to variables (scientific qualification, experience). However, there were significant differences statistics at the level (0.05 ≤ ᾂ) among the average responses of the participants of organizational excellence in Palestinian universities in the southern provinces due to variables (gender, job title, university). In conclusion, the study recommended to provide the staffs with prominent training programs, dedicate to scientific research, embark with external assessment recommendations, endow the employees with distinction cultivation, advance its relationships with civil society and scientific research associations and motivate the spirit of innovation and creativity of the staff.
