Abstract

هدفَتْ هذهِ الدراسةُ إلى التعرف على دور استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في تعزيز الأمن النفسي، من وجهة نظر العاملين في وحدة الإسعاف والطوارئ بوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية، في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات في الاستبانة، وتم توزيعها على عينة بلغ عددها (170) استبانة، باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وبلغت الاستبانات المستردة الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي(155)استبانة، بنسبة استرداد (91.17%)، في حين تم الاعتماد على حزمة البرامج الإحصائيةSPSS)) لإدخال البيانات ومعالجتها واختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: - وجود موافقة بدرجة متوسطة لمتغير استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في وحدة الإسعاف والطوارئ، بوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية بوزن نسبي بلغ (65.51%). - وجود موافقة بردجة مرتفعة لمتغير الأمن النفسي حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي لمتغير الأمن النفسي (70.47%) بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة. - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية(0.05 ≥α)، بين استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات والأمن النفسي، لدى العاملين بخدمات وحدة الإسعاف والطوارئ بوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية. - وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤ 0.05)، لاستراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في تعزيز الأمن النفسي، لدى العاملين بخدمات وحدة الإسعاف والطوارئ بوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء المبحوثين، تعزى إلى متغير (مكان العمل) لصالح شمال غزة، غزة، الوسطى، خانيوني فيما يتعلق استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات. - وجود فروق تعزى إلى متغير: (العمر) لصالح 45 فما فوق فيما يتعلق بالأمن النفسي. وقدَّمَتِ الدراسةُ مجموعةً من التوصيات، أهمها: - ضرورة تطوير واستحداث استراتيجيات معاصرة وفقاً للمعايير الدولية بخدمات وحدة الإسعاف والطوارئ بوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية. - ضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير درجة عالية من الأمن النفسي للعاملين بخدمات وحدة الإسعاف والطوارئ بوزارة الصحة الفلسطينية من خلال:  المكافئات والحوافز  حل المشكلات المهنية والنفسية ABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the role of crisis management strategies in enhancing psychological security from the point of view of workers in the ambulance and emergency unit of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the southern governorates of Palestine. Distributed to a sample of (170) questionnaires، selected survey Method، where the recovered and valid questionnaires for statistical analysis amounted to (155) questionnaires، with a recovery rate of (91.17%)، while the statistical software package (SPSS) was relied on for data entry، processing and testing of hypotheses studying. The study concluded with several results، the most important of which are: There is a medium degree of approval for the crisis management strategies variable in the Emergency and Emergency Unit, at the Palestinian Ministry of Health, with a relative weight of (65.51%). - There is a high degree of approval for the psychological security variable, as the relative weight of the psychological security variable reached (70.47%) with a high degree of appreciation. - There is a statistically significant relationship (α 0.05) between crisis management strategies and psychological security among workers in the ambulance and emergency unit services at the Palestinian Ministry of Health. - There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) of crisis management strategies in enhancing psychological security among workers in the ambulance and emergency unit services at the Palestinian Ministry of Health. - There are statistically significant differences in the respondents' opinions, due to the variable (place of work) in favor of North Gaza, Gaza, Central, Khanyuni with regard to crisis management strategies. - There are differences due to the variable: (age) in favor of 45 and over with regard to psychological security.The study presented a set of recommendations، the most important of which are: - The necessity of developing and introducing contemporary strategies in accordance with international standards with the services of the Ambulance and Emergency Unit at the Palestinian Ministry of Health. - The necessity of paying attention to providing a high degree of psychological security for workers in the ambulance and emergency unit services at the Palestinian Ministry of Health through:  Rewards and incentives  Solve professional and psychological problems
