Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسـة للكشف عن تأثير جـودة الـخـدمـات الـتـدريـبـيـة على تعزيز الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة للمستقلين (Freelancer) في ظل اليقظة الاستراتيجية لهم كمتغير وسيط، بالتطبيق على سـوق الـعـمـل الحُر عبر الانترنت. ولتحقيق الأهداف السابقـة، اتبعت الدارسة الـمـنـهـج الـوصـفـي الـتـحـلـيـلـي، وقد استهدفت عينة من (130) مستقل Freelancer)) ، وقد تم اختيار المبحوثين بطريقـة عشوائية، في حين استجاب (86.6%) من أصل 130 مستقل، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام (SPSS). وقد تم التوصل لعدة نـتـائـج أهمها أن الـخـدمـات الـتـدريـبـيـة قد حظيت بمستوى جـودة مرتفع وبوزن نسبي (%75.09) أي درجة مـوافـقـة كبيرة، حيث جاء بُعد الثقـة بالمرتبة الأولى وبمعدل (80.27%)، بينما كان بُعد تطبيق الملموسية في المرتبة الأخيرة بوزن نسبي (70.76%). وتبين أن مستوى تعزيز الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة للمستقلين كان بوزن نسبي (77.02%) بدرجة مـوافـقـة كبيرة حيث جاء بعد المرونة بالمرتبة الأولى وبمعدل(81.72%)، بينما كان بعد السعر في المرتبة الأخيرة بوزن نسبي (61.62%)، كما في اليقظة الاستراتيجية التي جاءت بوزن نسبي (82.78%), حيث جاء بعد اليقظة البيئية بالمرتبة الأولى وبمعدل(83.50%), وبعد اليقظة التكنولوجية بالمرتبة الاخيرة بمعدل(81.62%). كما تبين أن هنالك تأثير ذو دلالة احـصـائـيـة لجـودة الـخـدمـات الـتـدريـبـيـة على كل من الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة للمستقلين وكذلك اليقظة الاستراتيجية لهم. وكان لليقظة الاستراتيجية تأثير دال إحصائياً على الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة للمستقلين أيضاً. وقد وجدت الدراسـة أيضاً أن اليقظة الاستراتيجية تلعب دوراً جزئياً وسيطاً في العلاقـة بين جـودة الـخـدمـات الـتـدريـبـيـة والـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة للمستقلين. وتوصي الدراسـة بضرورة الاهتمام المستمر من إدارات هيئات التدريب بعقد دورات للخريجين وتدريبهم على كيفية تسعير منتجاتهم وخدماتهم, وكذلك توفير الإمكانات المادية المتمثلة بأجهزة حاسوب حديثة المواصفات والتي تلزم المستقلين في سوق العمل الحر, ومتابعتها لجـودة خدمات التدريب المقدمة باستمرار لما لها من دور جوهري وحيوي في تعزيز كل من الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة واليقظة الاستراتيجية للمستقلين. كما أكدت الدراسـة على أن اليقظة الاستراتيجية يمكن أن تلعب دوراً محورياً في تعزيز الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة للمستقلين في سـوق الـعـمـل الحُر عبر الانترنت، ويمكن أن يكون نهجاً هاماً يتم تعزيزه من خلال الاهتمام بجـودة الـخـدمـات الـتـدريـبـيـة في هيئات التدريب. الكلمـات الدالـة: جـودة الـخـدمـات الـتـدريـبـيـة- الـميـزة الــتـنـافسـيـة - اليقظة الاستراتيجية- هيئات التدريب. Abstract This study aimed at highlighting the effect of the Quality of Training Services (QTS) on enhancing the Competitive Advantage (CA) for Freelancers in light of Strategic Vigilance for Freelancers as a mediating variable. To achieve the objectives of the study; a descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (130) freelancers who were selected by random sampling method, and the response rate was (86.6%) and the data was analyzed by (SPSS) software. The study provided some considerable findings, the most important of which is that the training services had a high level of quality and a relative weight of (75.09%), i.e., a great degree of approval, where the confidence dimension came in the first rank with a rate of (80.27%), while the application of tangibility dimension was the last in relative weight (70.76%). further, it was found that the level of enhancing the competitive advantage of the freelancers was with a relative weight (77.02%) with a great agreement, where flexibility came in the first rank with a rate of (81.72%), while the dimension of price was in the last rank with relative weight (61.62%). as in the strategic vigilance that came with a relative weight(82.78%).Where it came after environmental vigilance in the first place, with a rate of (83.50%), and after technological vigilance in the last place, with a rate of.(81.62%). It was also found that a significant effect of the QTS on both the competitive advantage of the freelancers was found, as well as the strategic vigilance. Strategic vigilance had a statistically significant effect on the competitive advantage of freelancers as well. The study concluded that strategic vigilance plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between the QTS and the competitive advantage of freelancers. The study recommended the need for continuous attention from the management of training bodies by holding courses for graduates and training them on how to price their products and services, as well as providing the financial facilities in terms of modern computers needed by freelancers in the free labor market, and their follow-up to the QTS provided constantly because of their essential and vital role in enhancing both the competitive advantage and the strategic vigilance of freelancers. key words: Quality of Training Services - Competitive Advantage - Strategic Vigilance - Training Bodies.
