Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of visual management in improving organization immunity at international organizations in the southern areas. The researcher has adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve study the aims, the researcher has used the questionnaire as a data collection method and SPSS program was used for data analysis. In addition to using of the Complete Census method for data collection from administrative centers’ owners of international organizations in the southern areas. The total number of questionnaires was (197), and (169) samples were recovered, identifying (85.78%) of the sample size. The study arrived at a set of results, the most important of which are: • The results showed a significant level of visual management with its three dimensions among international organizations in southern governorates, by obtaining a weight of around (79.22%). • The results showed a significant level of organizational immunity with its three dimensions at international organizations in southern governorates, which weighs around (74.51%). • The results show wed strong static correlation between visual management and enhancing organizational immunity, in international organizations in the southern governorates. The study also concluded a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: • Involving employees in the decision-making process, in addition, to engaging them in developing executive plans of action. Accepting their ideas and suggestions and following a participation system in management. • Enhancing visual management aspects to establish relationships which increase the workers’ motivation in international organizations and to identify their needs and work to meet them. • Increasing international organizations’ interest in supporting organizational learning through getting benefitted from studies & research centers to analyze the methods of other organizations to get benefit from their experiences. • Providing a modern information storage system through which information is retrieved easily and quickly to benefit from it when needed by analyzing it continuously.
