Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور البراعة التنظيمية في نجاح المشروعات وفقاً للمعايير الدولية- دراسة ميدانية على المنظمات الأهلية في المحافظات الجنوبية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المنظمات الأهلية التي تفوق موازنتها السنوية للعام 2020 مبلغ خمسين ألف دولار أمريكي (50.000$) وعددهم ثلاثمائة واثنين واربعين منظمة حيث تم أخذ عينة عشوائية بسيطة بمقدار (182) منظمة أهلية كحد أدنى، وتم توزيع عدد (200) استبانة، حيث بلغت الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (185) استبانة، وقد تم استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1. أن واقع " البراعة التنظيمية" في المنظمات الأهلية بلغ وزنه (74.74%)، أي موافقة بدرجة موافقة كبيرة. وأن واقع "نجاح المشروعات" في المنظمات الأهلية بلغ وزنه (77.68%)، أي موافقة بدرجة موافقة كبيرة. 2. توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البراعة التنظيمية ونجاح المشروعات وفقاً للمعايير الدولية. يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) للبراعة التنظيمية في نجاح المشروعات وفقاً للمعايير الدولية. 3. يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بالبراعة التنظيمية وكل من (الجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي). يوجد فروق بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بنجاح المشروعات وفقاً للمعايير الدولية وكل من (الجنس، والفئة العمرية، والمسمى الوظيفي. وكانت أهم التوصيات على النحو التالي: 1. ضرورة العمل على تعزيز دور البراعة التنظيمية في المنظمات الأهلية وخاصة بالإبعاد المتعلقة استكشاف الفرص واستغلال الفرص والعمل على عقد دورات لكافة صانعي القرار للعمل على تعزيز مكانة المنظمات الأهلية والاستمرار في جلب الدعم وتقديم الخدمات حسب اختصاص كل منظمة. 2. العمل على توعية العاملين في المنظمات الأهلية فيما يتعلق بالمعايير الدولية الخمسة والوقوف على المشاكل التي تواجه هذه المنظمات من كافة متغيراتها وأبعادها وجمع كافة الآراء المختلفة لتسهيل عملية الحصول على الدعم. Abstract This study aimed at identifying The Role of Organizational Ambidexterity in Projects’ Success in accordance with the International Standards. A field study on Non-Governmental Organizations – Southern Governorates. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used. Furthermore, A questionnaire has been designed carefully -depending on the previous studies and literature- to be used as the main data collection tool. The study population were (342) non-governmental organizations, and their annual budget for the year 2020 exceeds 50.000 USD. Accordingly, the study sample amounts (182) ones at least. (200) questionnaires have been distributed using a randomly Simple Sample. (185) questionnaires were valid to be analyzed by Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The Study findings: 1. The Organizational Ambidexterity is assessed to be strongly agreed on with (74.74%). Moreover, the study shows the field of the projects’ Success from the study sample perspective is also assessed to be strongly agreed on with (77.68%). 2. The study concludes that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between exercising the Organizational Ambidexterity and the projects’ Success. There is a statistically significant effect between exercising the Organizational Ambidexterity and the projects’ Success. 3. There are statistically significant differences with organizational ambidexterity in regard to (gender, job title), There are statistically significant differences with the projects’ success in accordance with the international standards in regard to (gender, age group, and job title), while there are no statistically significant differences between the projects’ success in regard to (years of experience, educational qualification, and governorates). The Study Recommendations: 1. The necessity of working to strengthen the role of organizational ambidexterity in NGOs, with special focus on Exploration and Exploitation opportunities, through carrying out specialized training courses to enhance the NGOs’ and continue to raise fund and provide services according to each organization competence. 2. Work to educate workers in the NGOs in regard to the five international standards, identify, work out the problems they face.
