Abstract

The study aimed to: knowing the reality of spiritual intelligence, and the degree of job performance among employees of Bank of Palestine, (the southern governorates). where the study used the descriptive analytical method, and the study sample consisted of (174), and the percentage of recovered and valid questionnaires was (132) in the rate of (76%) administrative employees of Bank of Palestine . The study tool included a questionnaire consisting of two axes, the first is spiritual intelligence, and the second is job performance. The study reached a number of results: • The reality of practicing spiritual intelligence from the point of view of the employees of Bank of Palestine is high in the rate of (86.2%). • The degree of job performance from the point of view of Bank of Palestine employees is high in the rate of (85.4%). • There is a positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and job performance from the point of view of Bank of Palestine employees. • There is a positive effect with statistical significance at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) of spiritual intelligence on job performance from the point of view of Bank of Palestine employees. • There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the average response of the respondents about job performance due to personal and occupational variables (gender, years of service, educational qualification, age). • There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the average response of the respondents about job performance due to the job title variable. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: • Attention to psychological factors that will help workers adapt to work pressures and develop their professional flexibility. • Supporting employees and encouraging them to raise the level of excellence, reflection and a feeling of happiness. • Giving the employee a title that looks more distinguished and prestigious can lead him to act more responsibly, as it makes him feel happier in the workplace. • Involving employees more in the decision-making process can make those who have previously demonstrated commitment to their duties feel more effective and important. خ فهرس المو
