Today, organizations around the world are realizing the significance and effectiveness of cloud computing to enhance their data management, processing power and storage capabilities. Healthcare management would have failed if mobile cloud computing technologies did not emerge. However, the concern of this study is to identify cloud computing technology issues in health care organizations. The critical cloud computing technology issues in healthcare organizations based on management systems. In this study, we also classified cloud issues for cloud mobility and API Management (CMAM), cloud organization process management (COPM), knowledge administration of cloud systems (KACS), and cloud operation and environment management (COEM). As future work, we intend to create a new model for healthcare management based on four phases for mitigating these issues.
