Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر تطبيق القيادة الريادية (المخاطرة، الابداع، الرؤية الاستراتيجية، المبادرة) في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية للمنظمة، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المدارس الخاصة المرخصة التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم بالمحافظات الجنوبية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدم أيضا الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة الكترونياً على جميع المدارس الخاصة المرخصة لوزارة التربية والتعليم العالي لمديرية الشرق والغرب بغزة والبالغ عددهم (29) مدرسة، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (659) موظف، وكانت عدد عينة الدراسة المحسوبة (243) من الموظفين بنسبة (36.8)% من مجتمع الدراسة، بينما بلغت الاستبانات المستردة من العدد السابق (212) استبانة، أي بنسبة (85.48%)، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج ومنها: ان المدارس الخاصة تستخدم أسلوب القيادة الريادية بشكل كبير وتلعب دوراً فعالاً ومعنوياً في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية، وان الصورة الذهنية التي تعتمدها المدارس الخاصة تعتبر ملائمة وتحقق أهدافها مع الجمهور الداخلي والخارجي للمنظمة. 1- بلغ الوزن النسبي لواقع استخدام القيادة الريادية في المدارس الخاصة 82.64% وهذا بمعنى استجابات المشاركين في الدراسة كانت موافقة بدرجة كبيرة، وأن محور المبادرة كان اكثر المحاور استخداماً في القيادة الريادية حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي له 82.96% وأن محور الابداع كان اقل المحاور استخداماً في القيادة الريادية حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي له 82.03%، في حين بلغ الوزن النسبي لواقع تعزيز المكانة الذهنية في المدارس الخاصة 84.72% وهذا يعني استجابات المشاركين في الدراسة كانت موافقة بدرجة كبيرة. 2- توجد علاقة إيجابية قوية ذو دلالة احصائية بين القيادة الريادية متمثلا بعناصره (المخاطرة، الابداع، الرؤية الاستراتيجية، المبادرة) في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لدى المدارس الخاصة في المحافظات الجنوبية. 3- وجود اثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلاله (α≤ 0.05) بين القيادة الريادية متمثلا بعناصره (المخاطرة، الابداع، الرؤية الاستراتيجية، المبادرة) في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لدى المدارس الخاصة في المحافظات الجنوبية. وأوصت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج ومن اهمها: 1- ان تحرص ادارة المدرسة على استقطاب خيرة الكفاءات التعليمية وذلك من أجل دعم جودة العملية التعليمية 2- الحرص على ادراج مناهج ومساقات تحاكي التطور العصري. 3- الحرص من قبل ادارة المدرسة على تغيير استراتيجيتها باستمرار بما يتماشى مع متطلبات النجاح.   ABSTRACT This study aimed to measure the impact of the application of entrepreneurial leadership (risk, creativity, strategic vision, initiative) in enhancing the mental image of the organization, where the study population consisted of all licensed private schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in Gaza Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and also used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to all private schools licensed to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of the East and West Directorate in Gaza, which numbered (29) schools, where the study population consisted of (659). Employee, and the number of the calculated sample of the study was (243) employees with a percentage of (36.8)% of the study population, while the questionnaires retrieved from the previous number amounted to (212) questionnaires, i.e. (85.48%), and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS). The study reached several results, including: The private schools use the entrepreneurial leadership style to a great extent and play an effective and moral role in enhancing the mental image, and the mental image adopted by private schools is considered appropriate and achieves its goals with the internal and external audience of the organization. 1- The relative weight of the reality of using entrepreneurial leadership in private schools was 82.64%, and this means that the responses of the participants in the study were largely in agreement, and that the initiative’s axis was the most used axes in entrepreneurial leadership, with its relative weight reaching 82.96%, and that the creativity axis was the least used axes in Entrepreneurial leadership, where the relative weight of it reached 82.03%, while the relative weight of the reality of enhancing mental status in private schools was 84.72%, and this means that the responses of the participants in the study were largely in agreement. 2- There is a strong positive relationship with statistical significance between the entrepreneurial leadership represented by its elements (risk, creativity, strategic vision, initiative) in enhancing the mental image of private schools in Gaza Governorate. 3- There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the entrepreneurial leadership represented by its elements (risk, creativity, strategic vision, initiative) in enhancing the mental image of private schools in Gaza Governorate. The study recommended many results, the most important of which are: 1- The school administration is keen to attract the best educational competencies in order to support the quality of the educational process 2- Care to include curricula and courses that mimic modern development. 3- Ensure that the school administration constantly changes its strategy in line with the requirements for success.
