Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحسين الخدمات الصحية دراسة ميدانية على المستشفيات الأهلية في قطاع غزة، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الباحث العينة العشوائية الطبقية على المستشفيات الأهلية محل الدراسة (مستشفى القدس، ومستشفى الخدمة العامة، وجمعية أصدقاء المريض) وباستخدام قانون ستيفن ثامبسون تم تحديد عينة الدراسة حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (230) مفردة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم استرداد العينة بنسبة استجابة 100%، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - إن واقع اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المستشفيات الأهلية في قطاع غزة جاء بوزن نسبي (68.4%) بدرجة تقدير كبيرة، وأن مستوى تحسين الخدمات الصحية في المستشفيات الأهلية في قطاع غزة جاء بوزن نسبي (74.0%) بدرجة تقدير كبيرة، وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتحسين الخدمات الصحية، يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوي (α ≤ 0.05) لليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحسين الخدمات الصحية في المستشفيات الأهلية في قطاع غزة، لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتوسط أراء المبحوثين حول اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي، الفئة العمرية، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، المستشفى، بينما يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتوسط أراء المبحوثين حول أثر اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحسين الخدمات الصحية تعزى لطبيعة العمل. كما أوصت الدراسة المستشفيات المبحوثة بالتالي: 1. مزيدا من الاهتمام باليقظة الاستراتيجية كونها من أهم أساليب تحسين الخدمات الصحية ويجعل الإدارة على أهبة الاستعداد لمواجهة أي ظرف طارئ. 2. استغلال طبيعة العلاقة بين اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتحسين الخدمات الصحية لعمل تغيرات إيجابية لتعزيز جودة الخدمات الصحية. 3. تطوير الكادر الطبي من خلال دورات علمية تواكب التطورات العلمية الحديثة من خلال اقامة علاقات مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي ذات العلاقة لتقديم خدمات صحية متقدمة ومنافسة. Abstract The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic vigilance in improving health in terms of services. The study is a field study on the civil hospitals in the Gaza Strip, and in order to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. Moreover, the researcher used the sample random stratified on the public hospitals and place of study which is (Jerusalem Hospital, and the Public Service Hospital, and the Patient’s Friends Society). Using Stephen Thompson's law, the study sample was determined, where the study sample amounted to (230) individuals, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The sample was retrieved with a response rate of 100%. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The reality of strategic vigilance in private hospitals in the Gaza Strip came with a relative weight of (68.4%) with a considerable degree of estimation, and the level of improvement of health services in private hospitals in the Gaza Strip came with a relative weight of (74.0%) with a considerable degree of estimation. There is a strong direct relationship between strategic vigilance and improving health services. There is a statistically significant effect at the level (α≤ 0.05) of strategic vigilance in improving health services in private hospitals in the Gaza Strip. There are no statistically significant differences for the average respondents’ opinions about strategic vigilance and improving the quality of health services due to gender, age group, educational qualification, years of experience, and hospital, while there is a statistically significant difference for the average respondents’ opinions about the impact of strategic vigilance in improving health services due to the nature of work. The study also recommended the surveyed hospitals as follows: - More attention is to be paid to strategic vigilance as it is one of the most important methods of improving health services which makes the administration ready to face any emergency situation. - Exploiting the nature of the relationship between strategic vigilance and improving health services to make positive changes to enhance the quality of health services. - Developing the medical staff through scientific courses that keep pace with modern scientific developments through establishing relationships with relevant local community institutions to provide advanced and competitive health services.
