Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على مدى تـوافـر خصائص الـريادة وعـلاقتها بنـيـة العـمـل الـريـادي لدى خريجي العلوم الإدارية بالجامعات الفلسطينية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الاستبانة أداةً لجمع البيانات، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من عدد (4275) خريجاً من جميع خريجي كلية العلوم الإدارية بالجامعات الفلسطينية الكبرى الباحثين عن عمل، والذين لم يزيد عدد سنوات تخرجهم عن خمس سنوات، حيث تم اختيار عينة صدفية مكونة من (405) مفردة، وتم استرجاع الاستبانات من (393) مفردة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مــستــــوى تــــوافـر خصائص الـريادة لدى المبحوثين جاء بدرجة (كبيرة)، وأن نـيـة العـمـل الـريـادي لدى المبحوثين جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات المبحوثين بين خصائص الـريادة وبين نـيـة العـمـل الـريـادي، ووجود أثر بين تقديـــــرات الـــمبحوثـــيـــن لخصـــائص الـريادة في نـيـة العـمـل الـريـادي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات المبحوثين حول توافر خصائص ريادة الأعمال تعزى للمتغيرات: (الجنس، الجامعة، التخصص، خبرة الخريج(، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات المبحوثين حـــول مـســتـــوى نــيــة العـــمـــل الريادي تعزى للمتغيرات: (الجنس، الجامعة، التخصص، خبرة الخريج). وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة المخصصات الحكومية المقدمة للبحث العلمي والمشاريع الإبداعية والابتكارية لطلبة وخريجي الجامعات، وأن تستخدم الجامعات طرق تعليم وأساليب تقييم تعتمد على الطالب في الفهم والتحليل لتعزز لديه الاستقلالية بالتفكير. Abstract The Study Aimed to Identify The Availability of The Entrepreneurship Characteristics and their relationship to The Entrepreneur Work Intention among graduates of administrative sciences in Palestinian universities, The study used the descriptive analytical method, and was depended on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the study population consisted of (4275) graduates from all graduates of the College in Science administrative in major Palestinian universities who are looking for work, and whose graduation years did not exceed five years, where accidint/ available sample was chosen. It consisted of (405) individuals, and questionnaires were retrieved from (393) individuals. The study found that there was The availability of the Entrepreneurship Characteristics among the respondents came to a degree (large), and the leval of The Entrepreneur Work Intention among the respondents came to a degree (medium), and found statistically significant a relationship of the respondents' estimates between the Entrepreneurship Characteristics and between The Entrepreneur Work Intention, and found statistically significant an effect between the respondents' estimates of the availab of The Entrepreneurship Characteristics in The Entrepreneur Work Intention, and found statistically significant differences between the respondents 'estimates to the availab of The Entrepreneurship Characteristics due to the variables: (gender, university, specialization, graduate experience), and found statistically significant differences between the respondents 'estimates to the level of The Entrepreneur Work Intention due to the variables: (gender, university, specialization, graduate experience), The study recommended an increase in government allocations for scientific research and creative and innovative projects for university students and graduates, And that universities use teaching methods and evaluation tools that depend on the student in understanding and analysis to enhance his independence in thinking.
