Abstract

Physiognomy of Imam Shafi'i The research aspect of the personality of Imam Shafi'i, "may Allah have mercy on him," the true Physiognomy, and I have mentioned it in his biography appears his personality, causing him to discover that he himself speaks of it. This research includes three sections, the first of which entitled: "The concept of physiognomy and its importance," and the definition of physiognomy in language, physiognomy idiomatically, and physiognomy and their meanings in the Koran, and physiognomy in the Sunnah, and the physiognomy of the Arabs, and the importance of physiognomy. And the second entitled: "The proofs of physiognomy at the Shafi'i," in which: the uniqueness of the advantages of Shafei to his peers, and manifestations of discernment Imam after he became a scientist And the third entitled "The opinion of Imam Shafi'i in physiognomy" and it: works of Imam Shafi'i in physiognomy, and the views of the Imam in the physiognomy, the impact of physiognomy to his understanding, the effect of physiognomy on the personality of the Imam, and the impact of physiognomy to the Imam and his knowledge, and discernment of scientists and the public in the Imam Shafi'i..
