Abstract
The present study aimed to revealed moral values and content which derived from poetical collection of imam Shafii، and indentified the degree of representing of employees in healthy clinics which followed united nation relief and work agency (U.N.R.W.A) with moral values which derived from poetical collection of imam Shafii from point view of patients، and revealed about differences in sample responses due to variable (sex- frequency periods)، the researcher used analytic descriptive curriculum and deductive approach and content analysis to extract moral values from poetical collection of imam Shafii، the study tool was questionnaire consisted of (33) paragraph prepared by researcher in the light of extracted values from poetical collection of imam Shafii، the study sample consisted of (380) visitors for beach health center. The study concluded that the degree of representing of employees in healthy clinics which followed united nation relief and work agency (U.N.R.W.A) beach health center with moral values which derived from poetical collection of imam Shafii (70.46%) and it is a good degree، the study revealed that there is statically differences due to sex variable and it was for favor of males، main while there is no statically differences due to frequency period، the researcher recommended necessity of carrying employees with moral values when they deal with patients
