Abstract

This study aimed to recognize the authority of islamic texts of the science curriculum on developing the dimensions of thinking . Thus, descriptive & experimental methodology were used ; validity & reliability were calculated to (4) instruments which were developed to measure the levels of creativity , critical & metacognitive thinking as a system of thinking . The results of the study revealed that the Islamic texts were very effective in developing the dimensions of thinking .
