Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the role of the variable of students 'perception of the economic return of MA programs in Al-Aqsa University in adjusting the relationship between students' attitudes towards it and the quality of the study climate. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method to suit the objectives of the study. The questionnaire was also used as a main tool for collecting information and was applied to the sample of the study which was out of (153) of the students of the Master of Education with its three majors at Al-Aqsa University. After statistical analysis the results are shown. That the attitudes of the sample towards the master programs were high with an average of (4.06) and a percentage of (81.14%). The average estimate of the respondents on the quality of the study climate was high with an arithmetic average of (4.06) and a percentage (81.10%). And that the perception of the sample of the economic return of master's programs was high with an average of (3.52) and a percentage (70.46%). The study also showed that there is a statistically significant impact of the trend towards master's programs on the quality of the study climate and it explains (69.6%) of the change in the quality of the study climate. The introduction of economic return perception, as well as the interaction between the trend towards master's programs and the perception of economic return led to an increase in the explanatory ability of the model, an increase of (27.9%) compared to the basic model.
