Abstract
The study aimed to identify the organizational trust relationship in the direction of administrative thought practiced by the managers of the secondary school with their teachers, in order to achieve the objective and answer the questions of the study the descriptive analytical method was used. The researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (47) paragraphs, The study consisted of (120) teachers, After the statistical analysis, The study showed the following main results:- 1- The average "organizational culture" (4.15) and is standard deviation (0.55) and relative weight (83%). 2- The average " trends of contemporary administrative" weight (4.11) and is standard deviation (0.55) and relative weight (82.3%). 3- Pearson correlation coefficient between trends of contemporary administrative thought and organizational confidence is equal to (0.61) which is a statistically significant correlation coefficient. 4- There are no statistically differences in the organizational culture of school principals in relation to the gender variable. 5- There are no significant differences in the organizational culture of school principals attributed to the variable of scientific qualification. 6- There are no statistically significant differences in the organizational culture of school principals attributed to the variable years of service
