Abstract

The study aimed to introduction to the degree of the effectiveness of the Counsel in the governmental basic education stage in the middle governorate in Gaza strip and defining the effect of gender, the educational stage, experience years and the scientific qualification . The study declared about the presence of the degree of high and middle effectiveness in the domain of the relation of the tutor with the students and the domain of the relation of the tutor with the school administration respectively . The total degree of the effectiveness of the counsel was middle, the results declared the presence differences of statistical significance among the domains due to the gender of the variable of the females and due to the variable of educational stage in favor of the educational high basic stage . There were no differences of statistical significance among variables due to the variable of scientific qualification and the years of experience.
