Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على حالة ما قبل البداية وعلاقاتها بالسمات الشخصية لدى لاعبي المسافات المتوسطة . ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها ( 16 ) لاعبا ، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، ولجمع بيانات الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها ؛ تم استخدام مقياس الاستجابة الانفعالية في الرياضة، وأعد صورته العربية محمد علاوي ومحمد شمعون. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي :- محور التحكم في التوتر، قد احتل المرتبة الأولى ، بينما جاءت في المرتبة الثانية محور الثقة ، ثم جاء في المرتبة الثالثة محور الضبط الذاتي ، بينما جاء محور الرغبة في المرتبة الرابعة ، يلي ذلك محور المسئولية الشخصية في المرتبة الخامسة ، ثم جاء محور الحساسية في المرتبة السادسة ، وأخيرا جاء محور الإصرار في المرتبة السابعة والأخيرة The study aimed to identify the status of the pre-start and features personal relations with the player for medium distances. To achieve this study was conducted on a sample of (16) players have been using descriptive method, and data collection study and achieve their goals, were used measure emotional response in sport and prepared its Arab Muhammad Alawi and Mohammad Chamoun. The results of the study showed that:-axis control the tension had came first, and are ranked second axis of confidence, and then came in ranked third axis of self-discipline, while the center of the desire to fourth place, followed by the center of personal responsibility in fifth place, Then came the axis sensitivity ranked sixth, and finally came axis insist ranked seventh and last.
