Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم الدور التنموي لوظائف جامعة الأقصى ( التعليمية ، البحث العلمي ، خدمة المجتمع ) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، ولتحقيق ذلك ، استخدام الباحث الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي ، وصمم استبانه مكونة من ( 55 ) فقرة ، وطبقها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من ( 186 ) مبحوثًا من حملة الدكتوراه والماجستير. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تقييم سلبي للدور التنموي لوظائف الجامعة ، لاسيما الوظيفة التعليمية التي .(% لم يصل مستواها إلى الحد الأدنى المطلوب وهو ( 60 This Study aims at evaluating the developing role for the functions of Al-Aqsa university ( educational , scientific research and community service ) , from staff's point view . In order to achieve that , the researcher has used the descriptive analytic methodology , designed a questionnaire consisting of 55 items and applied at a sample consisting of 186 staff members ( Ph.D. and M.T ) . The study conclude that there is a negative evaluation for developing role of functions of Al-Aqsa university , especially the educated function which has not reached the minimum level ( 60%).
