Abstract

The present study concentrated on studying the effectiveness of psychodrama approach to reduce symptoms for university violence. Study sample of (42) students from Al-Zarqa university have been chosen randomly by dividing the sample into two groups: The first group is the experimental group which consists of(10) students while the other group is the control group that consists also from(10) students. The control group represents the study question: What is the range of effectiveness of psychodrama approach to reduce symptoms for university violence? The researchers designed a university violence scale with a high level of validity and reliability and they conducted statistical analysis using. The results shown after applying the program the effectiveness of a psychodrama approach to reduce symptoms for university violence and there are differences between the experimental group and control group the beneft of experimental group. The results were discussed in terms of compatibility with previous studies. several recommendations were presented to help the violence students adapting and overcoming the consequences.
