Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of social service in eliminating the social relationships among elder people according to the social workers' point of view who take care works of the elderly peoply. Also, it aims to identify several variables such as age, place of residence, marital status, academic qualification and years of experience . In order to achieve the study purpose, a questionnaire consist of 30 items distributed among 17individuals of the sudy sample working in social care in the city of Salfeet, Nablus, Tulkarem and Jenin. The validity of the study tool has been measured by using (Alph Kronbach Tes. Also, One Way ANOVA test and Independent T- Test have been used in order to test the study Hypotheses. The study results show that the an effective role of the social service in eliminating the social relationships among elderly people according to there social workers' point of view. the study results, comes out with many recommendations which suggest the roles of the Palestinian universities in each aspect in order to protect the Palestinian community.
