Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بقلق المستقبل المهني في ضوء الرضا عن الدراسة، وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز لدى طلبة اختصاص الإرشاد النفسي في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 210 ) طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة الإرشاد النفسي في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن الوزن النسبي لمقياس الرضا عن الدراسة 79 %. وأن أكثر مجالات مقياس توجهات أهداف الإنجاز وزنًا نسبيًا، هو: مجال أهداف الإتقان/ الأقدام، ووزنه النسبي %76.6 ، بينما أقلها وزنًا نسبيًا هو مجال أهداف الأداء/الإحجام، ووزنه النسبي 68 %. وأن الوزن النسبي للدرجة الكلية لمقياس قلق المستقبل المهني، قدره 61.5 %. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مجال(أهداف الأداء/الإحجام) احتل الترتيب الأول كمنبئ طردي لقلق المستقبل المهني، ويليه:(أهداف الإتقان/الإحجام). بينما كان متغير الرضا عن الدراسة منبئًا عكسيًا لقلق المستقبل المهني. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة بين الجنسين في مجالي: الأدوار العامة لقسم علم النفس، لصالح الإناث، وجودة برامج اختصاص الإرشاد النفسي، لصالح الذكور. في حين لا توجد فروق دالة بين الجنسين في باقي مجالات المقياس، والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، ووجود فروق دالة بين الجنسين في مجال أهداف الأداء/ الإحجام، لصالح الذكور. بينما لا توجد فروق دالة بين الجنسين في باقي مجالات المقياس، وعدم وجود فروق دالة في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس قلق المستقبل المهني. الكلمات المفتاحية: قلق المستقبل المهني، الرضا عن الدراسة، توجهات أهداف الإنجاز، اختصاص الإرشاد النفسي. The study aimed at predicting the future career anxiety of the students specialized in psychological counseling in the college of education at Al-aqsa University in light of study satisfaction and achievement goals orientation. The number of the participants were (210) in total, and they were selected from the female and male students specialized in psychological counseling in the college of education at Al-Aqsa University. The study results revealed that the relative weight of the study satisfaction scale was calculated to be 79 % . Moreover, it was revealed that while the highest of the achievement goals orientation categories was mastery approach goals category with a relative weight of 76.6%, the lowest one was performance avoidance goals category with a relative weight of 68%, and the relative weight of the overall score of future career anxiety scale was% 61.5 The study results also showed that performance avoidance goals category occupied the first rank as a positive predictor of future career anxiety, followed by mastery avoidance goals approach, whereas study satisfaction variable was a negative predictor of future career anxiety. Moreover, significant differences were found between the two sexes in psychology department general roles in favor of female students and in the quality of psychological counseling programs in favor of male students, whereas there were no significant differences between the two sexes in the rest of the scale categories and the scale's overall score. Additionally, while there were significant differences between the two sexes in performance avoidance goals approach in favor of male students there were no significant differences in the rest of the scale categories and the overall score of the future career anxiety scale.
