Abstract

هدفت الدراسةُ الوقوفَ على درجة امتلاك مشرفي التربية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة للكفايات الإشرافية، وعلاقتها بواقع إدارة مواهب معلميهم، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ومثلت الاستبانة أداة الدراسة، أما مجتمع الدراسة فقد تكون من (367) معلماً ومعلمةً من معلمي التربية الرياضية العاملين بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظات غزة ، أما عينة الدراسة تكونت من (164) معلماً ومعلمةً ويمثلون (45%) من حجم مجتمع الدراسة، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: 1- أنَّ الوزن النسبي لتقدير عينة الدراسة لدرجة امتلاك مشرفي التربية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة للكفايات الإشرافية؛ حصل على (80.64%) أي بدرجة كبيرة. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05) ≥ ) بين متوسط تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة امتلاك مشرفي التربية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة للكفايات الإشرافية تُعزى لمتغير جنس المعلم، وكانت الفروق لصالح المعلمين الذكور، بينما لم توجد فروق تُعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي للمعلم، وسنوات خدمة المعلم، المديرية التعليمية التابع لها، المرحلة التعليمية). 3- أنَّ الوزن النسبي لتقدير عينة الدراسة لواقع إدارة مواهب معلميهم بمحافظات غزة؛ حصل على (74.80%) أي بدرجة كبيرة. 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة بين متوسط0.05) ≥ ) تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع إدارة مواهب معلميهم بمحافظات غزة تُعزى لمتغير جنس المعلم، وكانت الفروق لصالح المعلمين الذكور، بينما لم توجد فروق تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي للمعلم، سنوات خدمة المعلم، المديرية التعليمية التابع لها، المرحلة التعليمية). 5- وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05) ≥ ) بين متوسط تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة امتلاك مشرفي التربية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة للكفايات الإشرافية، ومتوسط تقديراتهم لواقع إدارة مواهب معلمي التربية الرياضية. وكان من أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة: 1. التنسيق من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم مع وزارة الرياضية والشباب؛ لإتاحة فرص التدريب المجاني في أنديتها للطلبة الرياضيين المتميزين. 2. قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بابتعاث المعلمين من ذوي الكفاءة للحصول على دورات تدريبية؛ لنقل الخبرات الخارجية والمتقدمة للمؤسسة التعليمية الفلسطينية. 3. تشكيل لجنة متخصصة تتسم بالحيادية وبمشاركة مندوب عن مؤسسة رقابية عند اختيار مشرفي التربية الرياضية. 4. عقد ورش عمل لكل الخبراء في المجال الرياضي للأخذ بتوصياتهم في بناء منهاج التربية الرياضية. Abstract The Degree of Owning Physical Education supervisors in Gaza Governorates for Supervisory Competencies and its Relationship with the Reality of Talent Management for their Teachers Researcher Supervision Sabreen .M. Al-Shaer The study aimed at identifying the degree of owning physical education supervisors in Gaza governorates for supervisory competencies and its relationship with the reality of talent management for their teachers, the study followed the descriptive approach with its analytical domain ,the study sample consisted of(164) physical education teacher who work in governmental schools in Gaza in governorates including males and females, they represent (45%) from the size of study population, the sample was chosen with the stratified random method, attributed to the gender variable, the questionnaire was represented as the study tool , and the most important conclusions were: 1- The weight ratio of study sample respondents for the degree of owning physical education supervisors in Gaza governorates for supervisory competencies was (80.64%) which was a high percentage. 2- There were statistically significant differences at the level of ( ≤ 0.05) among the mean scores of the samples respondents regarding the degree of owning physical education supervisors for supervisory competencies attributed to the variable of teachers gender, in favor of male teachers , while there were no differences to the variable of (scientific qualification. years of services , educational directorate , educational stage). 3- The weight ratio of study sample respondents for the reality for talent management of physical educational teachers in Gaza governorates, was (74.80%) which was a high percentage. 4- There were statistically significant differences at the level of( ≤ 0.05) among the mean scores of the samples respondents regarding the reality of teachers talent management in Gaza governorates attributed to the variable of teachers gender, in favor of male teachers , while there were no differences to the variable of ( scientific qualification. years of services , educational directorate , educational stage). 5- The positive correlation statistically significant at the level (α ≤ 0.05) among the mean scores of the samples respondents of the degree of owning physical education supervisors in Gaza governorates for supervisory competencies and among the mean scores of the samples respondents of the reality of managing the talents of physical education teachers. Most important recommendations of the study: 1- Coordination through Ministry of Education with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, to give distinguished athletes students free training chances in clubs . 2- Scholarship's for qualified teachers by the Ministry of Education to gain training courses to transform external and advanced experiences to the Palestinian educational institution. 3- Forming a special committee which is neutrality with the participation of representative for regulatory institution when choosing physical education supervisors . 4- Held workshops to all experts in the sports field to take their recommendations in building the curriculum of physical education .
