Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقات الارتباطية بين متغيرات الدراسة الاتزان الانفعالي والمسئولية الاجتماعية، والتوافق المهني، والتوافق الأسري، وكذلك المساهمة النسبية للاتزان الانفعالي والمسئولية الاجتماعية بالتوافق المهني والأسري، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من الاتزان الانفعالي والمسئولية الاجتماعية والتوافق المهني والتوافق الأسرى لدى أفراد شرطة المرور في محافظة غزة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (154) فرداً من أفراد الشرطة العاملين في قسم دوريات المرور الثابتة والمتحركة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي التنبؤي، كما تم استخدام أدوات الدراسة الآتية: مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي إعداد (عيسى، 2013)، وكل من مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية، ومقياس التوافق المهني، ومقياس التوافق الأسري من إعداد الباحث. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. أن مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي، والمسئولية الاجتماعية، والتوافق المهني، والتوافق الأسري كان مرتفعاً نسبياً، حيث بلغ كل من الوزن النسبي والمتوسط الحسابي على الترتيب (74%)، (87%)، (78%)، (72%). 2. توجد علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتزان الانفعالي والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد شرطة المرور بغزة. 3. توجد علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتزان الانفعالي وكل من التوافق المهني والأسري لدى أفراد شرطة المرور بغزة. 4. توجد علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المسئولية الاجتماعية والتوافق المهني والتوافق الأسري لدى أفراد شرطة المرور بغزة. 5. وجود مساهمة للاتزان الانفعالي والمسئولية الاجتماعية في التنبؤ بالتوافق المهني لدى أفراد شرطة المرور بنسبة (40.0%). 6. وجود مساهمة للاتزان الانفعالي والمسئولية الاجتماعية في التنبؤ بالتوافق الأسري لدى أفراد شرطة المرور بنسبة (42.8). 7. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس كل من الاتزان الانفعالي والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والتوافق المهني والأسري تعزى لمتغير العمر. 8. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والتوافق المهني والأسري تعزى لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي- سنوات الخبرة). Abstract The study aimed to examine the correlation relationship between emotional balance and social responsibility, and of professional and family adjustment variables, and the ability of emotional balance and social responsibility to predict professional and family adjustment. The study also aimed to identifying the level emotional balance and social responsibility, and Professional and family Adjustment to among traffic police personnel in Gaza. To achieve the study objectives, the Predictive descriptive method was used and the researcher used the following study tools for collecting data emotional balance scale prepared by (Issa, 2013), and social responsibility scale, and professional scale, and family adjustment scale they are all prepared by the researcher. The study reported the following: 1. The levels of emotional balance, social responsibility, and professional and familial adjustment were relatively high, and relative weight was reached, respectively (74%), (87%), (78%), (72%). 2. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the emotional balance and social responsibility to among traffic policemen personnel in Gaza. 3. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the emotional balance and each of professional and family adjustment to among traffic policemen in Gaza. 4. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the social responsibility and each of professional and family adjustment to among traffic policemen in Gaza. 5. Emotional balance and Social responsibility contributes into predicting of professional adjustment to among traffic policemen in Gaza personnel by (40%). 6. Emotional balance and Social responsibility contributes into predicting of family adjustment to among traffic policemen in Gaza by (42.8%). 7. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of among traffic policemen in Gaza on the scale of Emotional Balance, and the scale of Social Responsibility as Predictors of Professional and family Adjustment due to the variable of age. 8. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of among traffic policemen in Gaza on the scale of Emotional Balance, and the scale of Social Responsibility as Predictors of Professional and family Adjustment due to the variable of (years of experience and academic qualification).
