Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs' use of digital applications in communicating with the Iraqi community abroad "through a field study from the perspective of the Iraqi community in Jordan in 2010. The study adopted the survey method in order to obtain the required data, which is among the studies that are descriptive, Using the questionnaire as a study tool, and given the difficulty of reaching every research community whose population was 260,000 at the time of the study, the sample method was used and the study sample was taken using the snowball method, and the sample consisted of 383 individuals. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the largest percentage of respondents from the Iraqi community in Jordan use digital applications, and it appeared that the Facebook network is the most common in the use in communication between the embassy and the community with a high degree. The study showed that the most communication forms that the members of the Iraqi community in Jordan rely on in interacting with the digital applications of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs were to place an impressive signal through social networks for publications that they might like to a moderate degree. And it turned out that the most reasons for the dependence of the members of the Iraqi community in Jordan on digital applications in order to communicate with the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs was to accomplish the transactions and documents they need in a medium degree. ل As for the degree of satisfaction of the members of the Iraqi community in Jordan with the services provided by the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its digital applications through its embassy in Amman, it was of a moderate degree.
