Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of media content on the Adolescents using the youtube in the Arab World. The researcher used the analytical descripive approach and a questionnaire to gather information. The study Population included male and female adolescents in the arab world, depending on (Stories From Anonymous) on Facebook which has 87000 member and the sample of the study included (1132) male and female adolescents in the arab world were selected raudomly divided on (806) femals and (326) female with three days. The results of the study showed that to majority of adolescents use electronic applications and youtube at home and they spend lony hours because of boring and emptiness and to waste time. The study confirmed that the social conditions of the family play and important role on their demand on the internet. One of the most important positive effects of using the internet is introdcivy new friends from different nationalities. The study also indicated the role of paents in providiny assistance the adolescents while using the internet. The study recommended that adolescnts should be educated lessous about how to use the internet correctly and worn them of its dangers and raising the awareness of parents towards their children and to fill their free time socially and cultwrally in a way that suits their age.
