Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of human resources empowerment in achieving the strategic objectives of pharmaceutical companies in the Gaza Strip, the researcher chose the five dimensions of empowerment (information sharing, freedom and independence, work teams, influence and organizational capacity) . The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, which is based on the study of the phenomenon as it actually exists, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data, which was distributed to the sample of the study which numbered (83) employees distributed to two companies specialized in pharmaceuticals in the Gaza Strip, and (60) questionnaires valid for analysis were recovered, with a percentage of (73.2%) . The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are : 1. The level of importance (information sharing, freedom and independence, work teams, influence and organizational capacity) in pharmaceutical companies in the Gaza Strip has been high . 2. The relative weight of the human resources empowerment axis was (74.79%) and It's a high percentage. 3. The relative weight of the strategic goals was achieved" (74.60%) With a high degree of approval, this means that the responses of the researched individuals to this area have been positive . 4. The study proved that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the empowerment of human resources in its dimensions (information sharing, freedom and independence, work teams, influence and organizational capacity) and the achievement of strategic objectives in pharmaceutical companies in the Gaza Strip. 5. The study has proven that the empowerment of human resources has a α ≤ significant impact on the achievement of the strategic objectives of workers in the two dimensions of the work teams and organizational capacity, and doesn't affect the rest of the dimensions, which include (information sharing, freedom and independence, influence) . The study came up with several recommendations, the most prominent of which were : 1. Emphasizing the principle of freedom and independence and giving employees the space to act in situations that may be encountered. ث‌ 2. Increasing the sharing of information so that the information arrives in a timely manner to the employees because of its importance in facing the obstacles and problems facing employees. 3. Pushing employees and workers to work with the right capacity and strength with which to do their work . 4. Increasing the interest of business owners in the concerns, burdens and problems of their employees, because this is one of the most important factors that can affect them and their ability to perform their tasks better and reach the company's goals.
