Abstract

The reality of crisis management in the education directorates in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the educational environment and ways to develop it The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis management in the education directorates in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the educational environment, and to find ways to develop this reality, and the study followed the descriptive approach in its analytical field, and the study sample consisted of (277) workers in education directorates, representing (38%) From the study population, the sample was chosen by the non-proportional stratified random method as a result of the electronic application, and the questionnaire represented a data collection tool., and the most important results were: 1.That the study sample assessed the reality of crisis management in the education directorates in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the educational environment; It obtained a relative weight (58.06%), i.e. a medium degree. The fields of the questionnaire were ranked according to their relative weights as follows: “The early warning discovery phase of the crisis” came first, with a relative weight (58.62%) with a medium degree. The “Damage Containment and Reduction” phase came in second place, where it obtained a relative weight (58.26%) with a moderate degree, then the “activity recovery phase” came in third place, with a relative weight (58.02%) with a moderate degree, followed by the “stage Preparedness and prevention "ranked fourth, with a relative weight (57.72%) and a medium degree. Finally, the" learning stage "came in fifth place, where it got a relative weight (57.58%) with a moderate degree. د 2. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample estimates of the reality of crisis management in the education directorates in the Gaza governorates in light of the instability of the educational environment due to the gender variable. 3. The presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample estimates of those whose scientific qualification is higher studies on the one hand and those whose academic qualifications are Bachelor and Diploma on the other hand; Because of the reality of crisis management in the education directorates in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the educational environment due to variables: (academic qualification, job title, directorate), the differences were in favor of workers with a scientific qualification in postgraduate studies, in favor of the category of education director and his deputy, and in favor of workers in the Central Education Directorate. 4. There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample estimates of the reality of crisis management in the “preparedness and prevention phase, the recovery phase” in the education directorates in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the educational environment due to the variable of years of service. 5. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample estimates of the reality of crisis management in the directorates of education in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the educational environment due to the variable of years of service, and the differences were in favor of the category of workers whose years of service were 10 years or more. 6. Many ways have been reached to develop the reality of crisis management in the education directorates in the governorates of Gaza in light of the instability of the ذ environment from the point of view of its workers, and it has been referred to in the folds of Chapter Five. Among the most prominent recommendations of the study were: 1.Coordinating with community research institutions and parent councils to assist them in surveying the external work environment; To be able to identify the indicators of the crisis. 2. Sending expertise in crisis management from workers in directorates to developed countries; To benefit from her experiences in crisis management. 3. Development of directorates for their media role in facing the crisis, by directing an appropriate media campaign to the public and the media on how to deal with the crisis. 4. Coordination with the rest of the relevant community agencies and institutions in providing the latest developments in the crisis, and building on them.
