Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the Market Share of Banking Facilities on commercial banks Profitability. The study sample consists of Jordanian commercial banks of (13 Bank) for the period between 2010-2014; it relies on the annual financial reports of the banks. To achieve the study objectives، the researcher used the qualitative methodology based on an empirical study . The researcher used many statistical descriptive methods (such as means، standard deviations and percentage) in addition to the use of simple regression analysis in testing the hypotheses of the study. after a processing and analysing of the study data and test its hypotheses، the study revealed a number of results، including: • There is statistically significant effect for the Market Share of Banking Facilities on both the return on assets and the return on equity. • There is statistically significant effect the Market Share of Banking Facilities on commercial banks Profitability.
