Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of disclosing of social responsibility on Jordanian Commercial Banks Market value using To (Tobin's Q) Model. study sample consists of Jordanian commercial banks of (13 Bank) for the period between 2009-2014; it relies on the annual financial reports of the banks. To achieve the objectives of the study, researcher used the qualitative method (content analysis ), by applying the rate index specially designed for Jordanian commercial banks including (28) clause. The researcher used many statistical descriptive methods (such as means, standard deviations) in addition to the use of both simple and multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses of the study. And after a process of analysis of the study data and test hypotheses, study revealed a number of results, including: • There is no statistically significant effect for disclosing of social responsibility on Jordanian Commercial Banks Market value using To (Tobin's Q) Model at (a≤0.05).
