Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the credit risk Management practices that Commercial Banking sector in Jordan are committed to and its impact on the profit quality by the years from 2009 to 2014 , in order to achieve the study aims , the researcher have used variety of financial ratio’s to measure the credit risk management and its impact on profit quality , the study applied a questioner model as well within the field of study from eight Jordanian commercial banks , by the financial ratios forecasted and the questionnaire statistical answers , the study showed an impact for credit risk management on the profit quality. Accordingly the researcher has reached to many conclusions , as of the importance of implementing risk conversion mechanism to market credit opportunities, which could be achieved by diversifying the bank revenue schemes in an optimal manner and with right compatibility with the market requirements , that will allow the bank to utilize diverse sources of interest and fees granted from other service domains that the bank provides , instead of concentrating primarily on the loan portfolios , additionally , the researcher has highlighted the importance for the concerned specialist within the bank to approach for a more macroeconomic researches that are designed for market based economics , other than adopting credit trend analysis alone , hence , the decline of bank asset values comes from variety of market drivers , that has an integral role in influencing the bank credit abilities.
