Abstract

The study aimed to revealing the Impact of Implementation International Standard OHSAS 18000 on Human Resource Performance in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (39) paragraphs to gather the primary information from study sample. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The study sample consists of (296) individuals working in Quality Department in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies. The study used many statistical methods. After executing the analysis to study hypotheses; the sudy concluded that: 1. The International Standard Planning Criteria implementation level in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies was high. 2. The International Standard Process Criteria implementation level in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies was high. 3. The International Standard Check and Correct Criteria implementation level in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies was high. 4. The International Standard Management Review Criteria implementation level in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies was high. 5. The International Continuous improvement Criteria implementation level in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies was Median. 6. The level of human resource performance in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies was high. 7. There is a significant statistical impact of Implementation International Standard OHSAS 18000 on Human Resource Performance in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies at level (0.05). 8. There is a significant statistical impact of Implementation International Standard OHSAS 18000 (Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Planning, Process and Implementation; Check and Correct; Management Review; Continuos Improvement) on Human Resource Performance in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies at level (0.05).
