Abstract

The persistent attempts to resettle the concept of intangible assets in organizations raised the issue in these organizations to develop indicators to measure intangible assets which they can achieve the goals of the organization. Under these attempts from being more organizations focus on knowledge, we find the growing importance of intangibles in generating value for organizations and achieve competitive advantage. This study aimed at revealing the impact of intangible assets (Human Capital; Organizational Capital; Relational and Informational Capital) in achieving competitive advantage under total quality management adoption. ف In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of ('() Questions to gather the primary information from study sample. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), Path analysis using Amos Programming was used to analyze, examine the hypotheses. The study sample consisted of (.(/) Leadership and Managerial Academic from Jordanian Public and Private Universities. The study used many statistical methods such as simple and multi regression to achieve study objectives. After executing the analysis to study hypotheses; the study concluded that: 1. There is a significant statistical impact of Intangible Assets (Human Capital; Organizational Capital; Relational and Informational Capital) on Total Quality Management Criteria at level (/./5). 2. There is a significant statistical impact to Total Quality Management Criteria on competitive advantage achievement at level (/./5). 3. There is a significant statistical impact to Intangible Assets (Human Capital; Organizational Capital; Relational and Informational Capital) on differentiation achievement under Total Quality Management Criteria at level (/./5). 4. There is a significant statistical impact to Intangible Assets (Human Capital; Organizational Capital; Relational and Informational Capital) on Speed of Response achievement under Total Quality Management Criteria at level (/./5).
