Abstract
This study aims to investigate the role of administrative communication in achieving effective administrative decisions at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, to determine the level of administrative efficiency of communication used and its impact in determining the properties of the resulting information to the achievement of the effectiveness of administrative decisions. The study population consisted of all community administrative staff in the Ministry of Justice at the State of Kuwait with a total of (163) mail an female employees, an overall sample were used and distributed, the questionnaires were among the whole (163) population (125) were recovered. In order to achieve the purposes of this study and collect data from the study of population, the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of (35) paragraph, divided into five areas: Administrative communications patterns, administrative communications methods, administrative communication skills , characteristics of information, and characteristics of administrative decisions. ن The data were analyzed using the statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS), simple regression and variance tests were used. The study reached the following results: the presence of traces of patterns, methods and administrative communication skills at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice to provide information characterized by appropriate timing, accuracy, comprehensiveness, clarity, flexibility, and ease of access. The results showed the existence of the impact those information characteristics of that in achieving effective Administrative decisions, it also shows significant differences in the impact of the efficiency of administrative communication in providing information that achieves the effectiveness of administrative decisions at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice due to gender, while no differences were round with regard to age, educational qualification , and years of experience for workers at the management level related to the effectiveness of effective communications required. The study presented a set of recommendations, including: increased attention to patterns of administrative communication between workers at the same level of management and from managers to contributing to words providing information of certain features in orders to make management decisions more effective, and development of administrative communications written oral, and electronic to provide the required information, and employees training on those mastery of the means for the purpose of contributing to words making the resulting information by the more accurate and useful.
