Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Extent of International Standards Application (ISO 10015) In Training Programs & their Impact On Manager Performance In Greater Amman Municipality: a Case Study Before bringing ISO 10015 quality management process into effect, the most important work is to find out where the performance gap locates. If the gap results from the deficit of human recourses ability, HRD department should set up competence model which accords with organization strategy and goals, and then develop corresponding key behaviors and use them as guidelines for T&D activities and planning, the skill and abilities of employees will be enhanced. The competence model is the foundation stone of ISO 10015 and it could also be used for performance evaluation criteria>. AS long as there is any adjustment about business strategy, the competence model would be coordinated to adjust. There for, ISO 10015 could be seen as a strategy tool for business. ISO 10015 focuses on standardizing the training process and consists of following phases: س 1- Analyze performance problems. 2- Define training needs. 3- Design and plan training. 4- Provide for the training. 5- Evaluate training outcomes. 6- Monitor and improve.
