Abstract
The objectives of this work were to get the introduction of the actual work of the Departments of Admission and Registration at the Jordanian Private Universities in an attempt to know their future perspectives which leads to offer the best performance of the modern needs in comply with T.Q.M and to show its effect on the process of application at work from the students' as well as the admission and registration personnel's points of view in accordance with the implementation of the following objectives. To make sure whether there is a statistical relation between T.Q.M (operations, outputs, administrative quality and the improvement of services) and the performance of departments of admission and registration or not. The sample of study consisted of 51 statements given to students and the personnel of the departments of admission and registration. The study reached the following conclusions, A statistical relation was found between T.Q.M (operations, outputs, administrative quality and the improvement of services) and the performance of departments of admission and registration.
