Abstract
The study aimed at revealing the impact of the human resource staffing strategy on competitive advantage achievement in Jordanian communication sector. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, and gather the primary information, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 35 items. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The study sample consists of (80) managers and head of section in Zain and Orange Companies. After executing the descriptive analysis and regression analysis to test hypotheses. The sudy concluded that there has been a significant statistical impact to each of the - human resource recruitment, human resource selection, and human resource placement - on achieving cost and creative competitive advantage.
