Abstract

The study aimed at Identifying Critical Success factors for Implementing Total Quality Management Criteria using factor analysis and their Impact on Military Hospital Performance in Kingdom of Bahrain; in addition; to investigating the significant statistical differences in manager's viewpoint of Military Hospital Performance in Kingdom of Bahrain about Critical Success factors to Implement Total Quality Management Criteria due to demographic characteristics differences. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, and gather the primary information, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 70 paragraphs. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses; the study came up with the following conclusions: There has been no significant statistical difference in manager's viewpoint on Military Hospital Performance in Kingdom of Bahrain to Critical Success factors to Implement Total Quality Management Criteria due to (Gender; Age; Educational  15 level; specialization and experience). More over, the study concluded that there has been significant Impact to Critical Success factors in Implement Total Quality Management Criteria on Military Hospital Performance in Kingdom of Bahrain. The most factors impact from Critical Success factors in Implemented Total Quality Management Criteria according to loading amount is: Commitment to Total Quality Management Criteria Implemented; Employee training and participation; Information, Measurement and analysis; Quality of strategic planning; Teamwork; Quality Continuous improvement; and Focusing on customers.
