Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of E-Recruitment on the Organizational Commitment and The E-Training as a Mediating Role , this study is one of the field studies in the Islamic banks in jordan, in which the researcher descriptive analytical method followed, included a survey of all Jordanian Islamic banking community four banks and its branches in the city of Amman , the sampling unit of (66) respondents to the employees of Islamic banks operating in Jordan in banks included in the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The results showed the presence of the impact of e-recruitment (eattracting, e-evaluating, e-selection) on organizational commitment and etraining as a mediating role in the Jordanian Islamic banks at the level of statistical significance (0.05≥α).
