Abstract

The study explain the impact of knowledge management systems on the organizational performance in the Jordanian telecom companies. The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach in conducting this study to suit the purposes of the study. The study population may be from the Jordanian telecom companies. 312 questionnaires were distributed to all members of the study society. The number of valid questionnaires was (257) 82.4%). The results of this study showed a statistically significant impact at the level of (0.05 الد (of knowledge management systems (IT applications, organizational elements, knowledge processes) on organizational performance in Jordanian telecom companies. Based on the results, the study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the continuation of knowledge management systems and their application in the competition processes, and raising the awareness of senior administrative leaders about the need to maintain the current level of organizational performance through continuing to provide support and job training. Look for more unique processes in providing better training in order to increase competition and expand market share to achieve a higher level of employee satisfaction and loyalty. م Keywords: Knowledge Management Systems, Organizational Performance, Jordanian Telecom Companies.
