Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the effect or The Impact of E-Store Characteristics on Brand Choice for E-Shopping Stores Operating in Jordan, in this study the sample included (411) respondents who dealt with e-shops from students of private Jordanian universities in Amman The researcher relied on data collection through the questionnaire designed for this study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the statistical program SPSS V.20 was used to analyze the study data. The study reached a number of results، the most prominent of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact on the dimensions of electronic stores (content، ease of use، data integration، information security، electronic payment، after sales services) on the brand choice (being memorable, reliable and preferred) The results of the study give number of recommendations، including: Emphasis on the need to use the online store several methods to explain the product such as images، videos، and written text, which in turn attracts a lot of customers and save the customers who deal with the website. Finding software's and solutions that contribute to the development of easy-to-use ways to compare information about products in different locations، thus enhancing confidence in dealing with the online store. Expanding to use the electronic stores، finding new marketing solutions that suit their business system، and deepening the concept of brand selection among customers Keywords: Online Store، Brand Selection، E-Commerce
