Abstract

The aim of this study was to reveal the impact of online confidence on the client's intention to buy with moderating variable (perceived risk). The study was applied to seven private universities in Amman, namely: Middle East, Petra, Al Isra, Princess Sumaya, Zaytouna, Amman Arab). The study population consisted of (35922) students of the studied universities. In addition, (1000) questionnaires were distributed to the students of the surveyed universities (805) questionnaires were retrieved and 45 were excluded for lack of validity for analysis the sample (760). In order to answer the study questions and test hypotheses, the researcher used a number of descriptive descriptive statistical techniques and the use of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences programs (SPSS). The study reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are: The level of confidence through the Internet in e-commerce sites was high, and the study found that there is a statistically significant impact of all trends of confidence over the Internet on the intention of the customer to buy, and also found a negative impact of perceived risks between Online trust and customer intent to buy.
