Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the Role of Internal Coalition in Minimizing Organizational Conflicts at Kuwait Airways Company.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs to gather the primary information from study sample which consisted (47) individuals. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The researcher used many statistical methods to achieve study objectives, such as Multi & simple regression. The main conclusions of the study were: � 1. There was a significant impact of Formal Power Method in Minimizing Organizational Conflicts in Kuwait Airways Company at level (α ≤ 0.05). 2. There was a significant impact of Bureaucratic Power Method in Minimizing Organizational Conflicts in Kuwait Airways Company at level (α ≤ 0.05). 3. There was a significant impact of Alliances Method in Minimizing Organizational Conflicts in Kuwait Airways Company at level (α ≤ 0.05). 4. There was a significant impact of Ideological Method in Minimizing Organizational Conflicts in Kuwait Airways Company at level (α ≤ 0.05). The main recommendations of the study were: 1. Kuwait Airways Company must adopt the Internal Coalition style and try to benefit from the outputs to reduce organizational conflict. 2. Kuwait Airways Company must adopt the alliances style when they think about reduce organizational conflict and thus contribute to the transfer of the company to better position than they are.
