Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى دور جودة اتخاذ القرارات كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة والسلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في مجمع الشفاء الطبي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمَّ تصميم الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وكذلك تمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بمجمع الشفاء الطبي والبالغ عددهم (644) مفردة، وتمَّ استخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم توزيع عدد الاستبانات (250) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة، حيث بلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة (239) استبانة صالحة للتحليل بنسبة استجابة (95.6%)، واستُخدم برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إدارة المعرفة كما يتصورها أفراد العينة بشكل عام جاء بدرجة متوسطة وبوزن نسبي (57.99%) بمجمع الشفاء الطبي بغزة حيث جاء بُعد تخزين المعرفة في المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي (61.49%)، أما في المرتبة الأخيرة فكان بعد تطبيق المعرفة بوزن نسبي (55.61%). بينما تبين أن مستوى السلوك الإبداعي كانت بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (53.64%)، بينما أن مستوى جودة اتخاذ القرارات كانت بدرجة قليلة بوزن نسبي (51.27%). كما تبين أن هنالك تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المعرفة على كل من السلوك الإبداعي (كمتغير تابع) وكذلك جودة اتخاذ القرارات (كمتغير وسيط). وكان لجودة اتخاذ القرارات تأثير دال احصائياً على السلوك الابداعي أيضاً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جودة اتخاذ القرارات يلعب جزئياً دوراً وسيطاً في العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة والسلوك الإبداعي. وقدمت الدراسة توصيات أبرزها أنه يتوجب على إدارة مجمع الشفاء الطبي الاهتمام بإدارة المعرفة وتطبيقها بشكل صحيح وهذا سيؤدى إلى التطوير واتخاذ القرارات الصائبة التي تحدد مصير العمل بشكل أفضل، وتدريب كادر بشري قادر على التعامل مع الأجهزة التقنية المستخدمة في مجمع الشفاء الطبي لتخزين المعرفة وقدرته على المحافظة على سرية وخصوصية البيانات والمعلومات بكفاءة ،تحفيز المبدعين وتشجيعهم على التطور الذاتي لخدمة العمل بأساليب إبداعية تزيد من الأداء في العمل بكفاءة عالية وحصولهم على ترقيات، عقد لقاءات بشكل دوري بين العاملين وإداراتهم لمناقشة القرارات المتخَذة في عملهم، ووضع خطة واستراتيجية واضحة تتبناها الإدارة في عملية اتخاذ القرارات. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة المعرفة – جودة اتخاذ القرارات – السلوك الإبداعي– مجمع الشفاء الطبي- المحافظات الجنوبية. Abstract The study aimed to identify the role of quality of decision-making as a mediator in the relationship between knowledge management operations and creative behavior among workers at Al-Shifa Medical Complex. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, and a descriptive and analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of (644) workers at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza, and the random sampling method was used, as the number of retrieved questionnaires reached (239) questionnaires valid for analysis with a response rate of (95.6%). The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software was used to analyze the data. The study found that the level of knowledge management operations as perceived by the despondences in general came in a medium degree and with a relative weight (57.99%) in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza, where the knowledge storage dimension came first with a relative weight (61.49%). Knowledge Application of Relative Weight (55.61%). Whereas, it was found that the level of creative behavior was of medium degree with a relative weight (53.64%), while the level of quality of decision-making was in a small degree with a relative weight (51.27%). It was also found that there is a statistically significant effect of knowledge management processes on both creative behavior (as a dependent variable) as well as the quality of decision-making (as a mediating variable). The quality of decision-making had a statistically significant effect on the creative behavior as well. The study found that the quality of decision-making plays partly a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge management operations and creative behavior. The study made recommendations, the most prominent of which is that the management of Al-Shifa Medical Complex must pay attention to knowledge management and apply it correctly, and this will lead to development and make the right decisions that determine the fate of work in a better way, and to train a human cadre capable of dealing with the technical devices used in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex to store knowledge and its ability to maintain On the confidentiality and privacy of data and information efficiently, motivating creative people and encouraging them to self-develop to serve the work in creative ways that increase performance at work with high efficiency and obtaining promotions, hold regular meetings between employees and their departments to discuss the decisions taken in their work, and develop a clear plan and strategy that the management adopts in the process of taking Decisions.
