Abstract

This study aimed to identify the availability of the application of human resource strategy requirements training in the Palestinian sports federations southern provinces. Descriptive analytical method was adopted and stratified, random sample was selected Numbering 114 members of the Palestinian sports federations southern provinces. It was used a questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study concluded the following: - Availability of the application strategy training of human resources in the Palestinian sports federations southern provinces came a relative weight 60.634 a middle degree. - Availability of planning requirements for training in the Palestinian sports federations southern provinces came a relative weight 65.213 a middledegree - Availability of systems and training policies in the Palestinian sports federations requirements southern provinces came a relative weight 60.526 a middle degree. - Availability of trained administrators in the Palestinian sports federations requirements southern provinces came a relative weight 58.885 a middle degree. - The availability of training of trainers in the Palestinian sports federations requirements southern provinces came a relative weight 58.471 a middle degree. - Availability of trained referees in the Palestinian sports federations requirements southern provinces came a relative weight 60.000 a middle degree. - There were no statistically significant differences in the average Estimates differences in the degree of availability of application strategy training of human resources in the Palestinian sports federations Palestinian governorates due to the variables of age, educational qualification, the number of years of service, the nature of the business requirements, while no statistically significant due to the variable Union type differences. The study recommended several recommendations , including: - Attention all federations to prepare academic and research proposals that serve the training programs that contribute to the upgrading of the human cadre in all unions. - Organize unions qualifying local, Arab and international administrators , referees , coaches and development courses. - Choose administrators in unions according to qualified scientific or multiple experiences or training courses.
