Abstract

Palestinian diplomacy represented an essential component in the Palestinian national work over decades ،so the study aims to highlight the role of Palestinian diplomacy maintaining the Palestinian constants and the obstacles faced by the Palestinian diplomatic work in this area. The study reviewed the developments experienced by the Palestinian diplomatic historically in order to maintain Palestinian constants and the extent of the Palestinians' success in the exploitation of this important tool in the Palestinian national work through the adaptation of the Palestinian diplomatic work tools in the collection process of the inalienable national rights of the Palestinian people process . The researcher used the descriptive method to analyse information in the Palestinian diplomatic work in order to refute analytically. The researcher used the historical method to track the Palestinian diplomatic work historically and to reach deductive relations in the search based on the historic background to Palestinian diplomacy and its relationship with the Palestinian constants. The most important findings of the study include: 1-Palestinian diplomacy had an important role in the deployment of the Palestinian issue as well as Palestinian national rights and constants around the world. 2. The establishment of the Palestinian National Authority was a qualitative leap in the form of the Palestinian diplomatic work ،as this authority formed an international license to diplomatic work globally in order to demand national rights of the Palestinian people. 3. Outbreak of Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000 ،form a powerful blow to the Palestinian diplomatic work since exposed the weakness of the Palestinian diplomacy and political system in general ،the weakness of the institutions that failed to cope with the consequences of the outbreak of the Al-Aqsa Intifada.
