Abstract
This research investigates the job rotation and its reflections on the Productivity at Ministries at Gaza Strip. Where the job rotation’s requirements according to the study are (training, job design, career development strategy, system and procedures). This study aims to identify the productivity efficacy for the first line and top-management employees. Data were collected by a questionnaire (65 paragraphs), which was distributed to (380) top-level employees. A number of (307) questionnaires were valid for analysis, the response percentage was (80.7%) out of the total distributed questionnaires. The following are the most important results: 1. Job development strategy has the highest effect on productivity efficacy, second job design, then training, and last job procedures. The study showed that top management productivity efficacy is good with mean 63.35%. 2. There is a positive relationship between job rotation requirements and productivity efficacy. 3. There is statistical differences in the views of respondents towards the impact of job rotation on the employees' productivity attributed to qualification for the sake of Bachelor degree holders. 4. There is statistical differences in the views of respondents towards "procedures' field" refer to experience for the sake of female experience from 4 to less than 8 years. 5. There are no statistical differences in the views of respondents towards the impact of job rotation on the employees' productivity attributed to (age, qualification, job rank,). The most important recommendation: 1. Notify the employees that job rotation is used to improve performance not a punishment tool. 2. More concern to job rotation requirements, the four fields, because of its effects on productivity. 3. More concern to training strategy to help in developing employees abilities. 4. More flexibility to hierarchy, job design strategies, to be suitable for rotation. 5. More concern to human and substantial development through providing job requirements, suitable budgets, incentives, and rewards.
