Abstract

This study examines the "Creative Chaos Theory and its Impact on Arab Security" evolution of American strategic thinking which has policy of Creative Chaos to bring about changes they aspired to achieve the their strategic interests in the Arab region, this study analyzed dimensions, intellectual and historical and ideological roots to the Creative Chaos theory. Also, the study highlighted the United States' intervention in "Arab Spring" events and fragmentation of States, creation of chaos and ethnic strife and sectarian conflicts through different means and instruments which are: media, military, intellectual, cultural, political and economic tools, as well as to civil society organizations working to achieve American interests and objectives. The study reviewed empirical models of Creative Chaos in three pivotal Arab States; Arabic republic of Egypt, the Syrian Arab Republic, Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya. It explained how the United States overthrow of armies and their potential to create internal conflict, which in turn shifts the compass of the Arab-Israeli conflict into Arab-Arab conflict in the interest of the United States ' strategic ally "Israel". The study also addressed ways to cope with the Creative Chaos by Arabs in an attempt to limit risks faced by countries in the region because of this malicious plan. Following the U.S's scheme for the region and its implications on Arab security; The researcher tried to explore the future of the region and develop Arabic future scenarios for the region. The researcher used multiple approaches to access to, inter alia, set of conclusions and recommendations that contribute to the Arab system reform, raise the morale of the Arabs, and deepen the awareness of citizens about the risks of U.S. plan. One of the highlights of the approaches used is the Historical approach, And descriptive analytical approach. In addition, it was relied upon the theory of national interest and the approach of ruling, Also, It was guided by the forward-looking. The study concluded that the United States is seeking to drain the Arab States in the context of chaos theory, to bring about the creation of new entities in the region, which would contribute to strengthening the status of the Arab dispute and division. This provide full opportunity for Israel to dominate and exclusivity in the Arab region, using multiple tools including: Media, Civil Society Organizations, Religious and Ethnic minorities, the pretext of protection of human rights, and some opposition figures of political systems, political and economic pressure, in addition to military intervention if necessary, which actually managed to topple Thrones through some dictator regimes frequently, and destroyed the armies via driving them into the spiral of the civil war.
